Nutrisystem.com accepts a variety of payment methods for the convenience of its customers. You can pay for your orders using PayPal™, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit card payments. Additionally, Nutrisystem offers its own exclusive Nutrisystem Gift Cards as a payment option. The process is streamlined for ease, ensuring that paying for your weight loss program food order is straightforward and secure. It's important to note that while you can use a gift card and credit card in the same transaction, splitting a payment across multiple credit cards per order is not possible. Also, Nutrisystem does not accept payment via Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) or paper checks. When enrolled in the auto-delivery program, the funds for your order will be authorized and placed on hold on the auto-delivery date, with your method of payment being charged when your order is assigned a tracking number for shipping.
Nutrisystem.com Return Policy?
Nutrisystem's return policy states that there are no returns or refunds after the Money Back Guarantee period, which only applies to 4-week programs and is not valid on Partner Plans or Club Advantage purchases. Club Advantage food orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Any unopened Nutrisystem item, except frozen foods, can be returned for a refund with no questions asked within 30 days after receiving the package by calling Nutrisystem's Customer Service to receive a Return Authorization Number. The original packing slip must be included, or the original order number written on a paper enclosed within the return package. Refunds may take up to six weeks to process, and shipping charges are non-refundable. For the shipping policy, orders are processed and delivered within 1 to 5 business days, but may take up to 10 business days if there are carrier delays. Orders including frozen foods arrive in separate shipments from non-frozen foods and may not ship on the same date. Nutrisystem uses ground shipping services primarily by FedEx, as well as FedEx SmartPost, DHL, and Purolator. Shipping costs start at $9.99 for non-prepay auto-delivery plans and vary based on the order amount and shipping location. Club Advantage members enjoy free shipping on all non-frozen food orders and on frozen food orders over $99. A $20 shipping charge applies to frozen food orders less than $99. Shipping to locations outside the Continental U.S. may incur standard shipping rates and longer delivery times.
